We pride ourselves on supplying the best quality meats to our customers, so we use the best local sources; predominantly from our own Surrey farm. Our beef and lamb is brought in ‘on the hoof’ on a weekly basis. This ensures the meat can be hung as carcasses and allowed to mature naturally. We know that hanging ensures tenderness and improves the flavour without tainting or discolouring the meat giving us that special edge over the supermarkets.
We rear our own turkeys from day-old poults getting them ready for Thanksgiving through to Christmas and have a range of weights available. We take great pride ensuring our turkeys have the best possible care which shows in their taste and flavour. We make all our own sausages, burgers and pies and cure all our own bacon.
