HOG ROASTS

In addition to our own-reared meats, we are happy to offer barbeques and spit roasts, catering for up to 1000 people.

We can provide whole or part pigs or lambs on the spit, pre-cooked in our special rotisserie and served over a bed of hot coals.

D.I.Y OPTIONS

We deliver fully cooked and set up over charcoal with baps, sauces, serviettes, chaffing dish, tongs, food gloves & bin bags; you just need to carve and enjoy. We simply ask that the equipment is clean and ready for collection with the carcass bagged, or a £75.00 cleaning charge will apply.
