F.CONISBEE & SON
We are proud of our strong reputation gained over two hundred and fifty years.
Currently run by the ninth generation of the Conisbee family, we are providing the highest quality meats around; choose from the tastiest Sunday roast, home-made sausages and pies or a hog roast.
All our meat comes either from our own farm or other local farms where we can endorse the high standards of farming husbandry that we ourselves abide by.
Our meat is brought in ‘on the hoof’ allowing us to develop the meat’s natural flavour and tenderness as well as offering great cuts of meat; perfect for any occasion.

We prefer to speak to you either in person or on the telephone to discuss your exact requirements and where you would like to collect your order from.

I grew up next to Horsley Towers & St Marcin’s Church raising poultry and calves in the garden and paddocks nearby.
I have always taken great pride in producing quality meats from conception to consumption.
I am now happy to pass over my much loved business on to three children and grandchildren so they may be further custodians.

Just moved into the area from Weybridge and got my Christmas 5 week aged triple rib joint there this Christmas and it was amazing and cant believe how long the family have been knocking out preemo meat from there. Pricing very fair and … More competitive. The farm is just up the road so super local field, butchers to plate. Will be popping down the today for a lovely joint of Siloin. 💪❤️

Had a party for my other half's 60th last night. Have only recently moved to Horsley so went to Conisbees and ordered my 'signature' party piece......a 17lb bone in pork shoulder. Slow cooked for 11 hours.....it was A-MAZING. … More All I did was put a little salt on the skin.
I don't think there was anybody that didn't mention it!

Just the best butchers in Surrey! If not the South East. The highest quality Christmas meats that aren’t significantly more than the supermarket. Wonderful sausages, steaks, chops and prepared chicken. They also do delicious sausage rolls … More and butter along with sauces and stuffings. The staff are genuine people, incredibly friendly and helpful. They can also do bbqs for parties in the summer. The butchers are 8th generation (I think) older than America and long may they continue.

What a find. Took a trip to Conisbee's after having some of their sausages at a restaurant. Had to ask where they were from, they were THE best bangers. So off to Horsley I go, it was quite some way from where I live, but so worth … More it. The range of produce was vast , looked tempting & fresh so gave into temptation. Bought a variety of sausages, and other tasty morsels, all of which were wrapped up individually so I could freeze them. Staff were polite, friendly & funny. I shall certainly be making a return trip.
