Our speciality has to be our barbeques and spit roasts, catering for up to 1000 people. Here we provide whole or part pigs or lambs on the spit, pre-cooked in our special rotisserie and served on a spit over a bed of hot coals.

Our team of experts will carve and serve it to your requirements, together with salads, desserts and accompaniments of your choice – a sure way to make your summer event a great success (and with the option of extra crackling there’s always plenty for everyone)!

All of the following options are provided with 5? flour baps, apple sauce, serviettes and chefs to carve. All cost are ex VAT:

The WHOLE HOGG feeds 100-110 generously – the cost is just £900.

A 3/4 PIG feeds 60-80 – the cost is just £790.

Pork Loins and 2 Butterfly Haunches of Local Lamb feeds 50 and costs £620.

A 24kg Local Lamb to feed 40 costs just £550.

 

D.I.Y OPTIONS

We deliver fully cooked & set up over charcoal with baps, sauces, serviettes, chaffing dish, tongs, food gloves & bin bags; you just need to carve and enjoy.

Please ensure the equipment is clean ready for collection with Carcass bagged, or a £75.00 cleaning charge will apply.
